SenSura Click is the 2-piece system with mechanical coupling for extra reassurance. The pouch can be removed from the SenSura double-layer baseplate. This allows the pouch to be changed more often than the adhesive baseplate.

The pouch is fixed securely to the baseplate by a mechanical coupling system. An audible ‘click’ confirms the secure locking of the pouch to the baseplate. Before the pouch is locked into position, it can be rotated into the desired position, without having to remove the pouch from the baseplate.

SenSura Click appliances are available with SenSura and SenSura Xpro baseplate, flat or with convexity. These are combined with open, closed or urostomy pouches. The broad assortment consists of a range of baseplates with pre-cut or hole sizes which can be customised, and with pouches in a variety of sizes available in transparent or opaque colour.

SenSura Flex is the 2-piece system providing the benefits of a 1-piece – the unique combination of security and flexibility. The pouch is fixed securely to the SenSura double-layer adhesive baseplate by an adhesive coupling system. The adhesive coupling is flexible allowing freedom of movement, making SenSura Flex comfortable and discreet to wear.

The pouch can be removed from the SenSura double-layer baseplate. This allows the pouch to be changed more often than the adhesive baseplate.

The Easiflex adhesive forms an effective seal agains the skin , and between the pouch and base plate. The special security channels makes Easiflex even safer to use.

Simple to handle
The Easiflex pouch is simple and easy to apply. To remove, just grip the base plate with two fingers and pull downwards.

Assura 2-piece offers a patented security ring with just a click to lock and unlock. When the system is locked, the pouch is safely and securely fastened to the barrier. The spiral-structure adhesive provides optimal adhesion and superior skin protection. The soft front makes the pouch even more discreet. Efficient filter prevents odour.

Assura adhesive
Two different adhesives layered and rolled into a spiral structure combine skin-friendliness and security. As two-piece base plates are changed less frequently, it is important to maintain a healthy skin condition under the base plate.

Efficient filter
On closed pouches there is a filter integrated into the pouch, which allows air to escape, minimizing ballooning of the pouch. The filter is covered by a semi-permeable membrane, which allows air to pass, but not moisture. The membrane itself is covered by a net that allows air and moisture to pass, but not faeces. These two barriers around the active filter component provide double protection.

Soft, comfortable and discreet
The Assura pouches are made of a noise reducing and odour proof film. The back of the pouch, resting against the skin, features a lining made of extra soft material for comfort and added protection against skin irritation.
